India has long-established makers of hand instruments in Punjab and of single-use items in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Maharashtra.
Medical products are regulated in India and in every market that buys them, so the manufacturer carries the licences and the market registrations and ships the goods itself. We take a buyer's specification, match it with a licensed maker, ask for the maker's licence and quality certificates, and see the enquiry through to the order.

Who holds the licences and exports the goods?
The licensed Indian manufacturer. It holds the registrations, issues the invoice and ships directly. We act as its agent.
Do you supply implants, diagnostic kits or used equipment?
No. The range is surgical hand instruments, single-use sterile consumables and dressings.
How do I know a maker is genuinely licensed?
We ask each maker for its manufacturing licence and quality certificates before any introduction, and buyers are encouraged to check conformity certificates with the issuing body.
What does the buyer need in the destination country?
Requirements differ by country. Many markets need an importer or local authorised representative, and the maker supplies the technical file and certificates for that.
