Leather goods and saddlery
We source leather goods (bags, wallets, belts, gloves), saddlery and horse tack from Indian manufacturers, as private label to your design or as a manufacturer's ready range under your brand.
India has a long-established leather goods export industry, with saddlery and harness among its particular strengths. Kanpur and Unnao in Uttar Pradesh are the centre of Indian saddlery and harness making, with units that work largely for export and use vegetable-tanned buffalo hide. Bags, wallets and belts come from makers in Kolkata and the wider Delhi region.
You can send your own design for private label, or choose from a maker's ready range under your brand. Depending on the request, we act as merchant exporter, as agent for an established Indian producer, or as broker between buyer and seller, and we tell you which before we quote.
All products here are made from cattle, buffalo, goat or sheep leather. Samples are made to your specification before any order, and production is followed up through to export documents.
