In writing: the product and its specification, quantity, destination and the date you need it.
02 · Quote
Price, minimum order, lead time and payment terms, valid for a stated period.
03 · Samples
Samples to your specification before you order. Sample costs are agreed with the quote.
04 · Order and payment
An advance with the order, and the balance before the goods are released or by a confirmed letter of credit.
05 · Production and shipment
Production follow-up and the export documents, with Velumic Industries as exporter.
