About reusable surgical hand instruments
Reusable hand instruments are made from stainless steel and are cleaned and sterilised by the user before each use. Indian makers, notably in Jalandhar, produce general surgical sets and individual instruments.
The exact range, finish and pattern are agreed against the buyer's specification and the maker's catalogue.
