About formal shoes
Formal shoes are the long-standing speciality of the Agra footwear cluster, India's pioneer leather footwear centre, with Kanpur close by for tanned leather and large export units. The range covers the lace-up and slip-on dress shoes that independent retailers, online brands and wholesalers stock for office and occasion wear.
Uppers are cut from finished cattle, buffalo, goat or sheep leather and lined in leather or other lining materials, then made up with leather or composition outer soles. You can supply a design or tech pack for private label, or select a pattern from a maker's ready range and have it produced under your brand.
