About basic knitwear
Tiruppur in Tamil Nadu is India's knitwear centre, with makers that produce knitted garments for export brands and retailers. Knitted garments cover the basic range: T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts and babywear.
You specify the fabric, weight, fit, colours, trims and labels, and samples are approved before production. Fabric, dyeing and making-up can be arranged through makers who work from yarn to packed garment.
