Delete your data

If you have commented on or messaged our Facebook, Instagram or Threads pages, written to us on Messenger or WhatsApp, or emailed us, you can ask Velumic Industries to delete what we hold about you.

How to ask

1. Write to ops@velumic.co with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. Tell us where you contacted us (for example Instagram or WhatsApp) and the name you used there, so we can find your messages.
3. To protect your data, we reply first on the same account or address to confirm that the request came from you. We never ask for identity documents.

What happens next

We acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete it within 30 days. We delete the copies of your comments and messages that we hold, and our records of our replies, and tell you when it is done. If the law requires us to keep something (for example the records of an order), we tell you what we keep and why. So that we do not contact you again, we keep only a scrambled (hashed) form of your account or address.

Comments you posted publicly on a platform stay under that platform’s control; you can delete them there at any time.
